
Jang Ki-yong and Ahn Eun-jin expressed their gratitude for the success of “Dynamite Kiss” as the series comes to an end.
The SBS Wednesday-Thursday drama “Dynamite Kiss”, which aired on the 25th, achieved phenomenal popularity both domestically and internationally. Central to this success were Jang Ki-yong (as Gong Ji-hyuk) and Ahn Eun-jin (as Go Da-rim), whose thrilling performances captivated audiences. The two actors extended their heartfelt thanks to the viewers for their overwhelming support.
Reflecting on the drama’s conclusion, Jang Ki-yong said, “Thank you sincerely for loving ‘Dynamite Kiss’. It was a true joy to be a part of it.” Ahn Eun-jin commented, “Bidding farewell to ‘Dynamite Kiss’ after dedicating so much energy and affection to it this year leaves me with a great sense of longing and attachment. However, thanks to the immense love from our viewers, I believe I can conclude it with a grateful smile.”

Asked about their most memorable moments during filming, Jang Ki-yong remarked, “The most memorable moment is the ending scene of episode 14. All the actors were present, and I believe it was a scene that perfectly captured the essence of our drama.” Ahn Eun-jin reflected, “While many moments come to mind, I most vividly remember creating scenes on set in harmony with everyone. Feeling our emotions and rhythms connect well always gave me strength.”
“Dynamite Kiss” ignited a “K-romcom” craze, topping Netflix’s global non-English rankings for two consecutive weeks (11/24–12/7). When asked if they expected such explosive global reactions, Jang Ki-yong responded, “I didn’t expect it, but I’m sincerely thankful for all the attention we’ve received.” Ahn Eun-jin added, “I didn’t expect it at all. I was curious if our drama could be loved by international viewers through Netflix, and receiving far more love than anticipated has been both surprising and heartwarming.”
Finally, Jang Ki-yong offered his final thanks to viewers: “Thank you sincerely for all the interest and love for ‘Dynamite Kiss’. I hope it remains a warm memory in everyone’s hearts.” Ahn Eun-jin also expressed, “Thank you sincerely for staying with us until the end.
