BLACKPINK’s Jennie has proven her global influence as a solo artist.

TIME, the largest U.S. news weekly, named Jennie to its “2026 THE 100 MOST INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE IN THE WORLD” list, published on April 15 (local time), according to its official website.

The “TIME 100” list honors the influence, innovation, and achievements of the world’s most influential figures. As the only K-pop artist on this year’s list, Jennie solidified her status as a global solo artist with unparalleled musicality and influence.

American music magazine Rolling Stone previously selected Jennie’s first solo studio album, “Ruby,” as one of “The 100 Best Albums of 2025.” She also topped Forbes Korea’s “KOREAN IDOLS OF THE YEAR 2025,” continuing to achieve remarkable success in the global music market.

Additionally, her collaboration with Tame Impala on “Dracula (JENNIE Remix)” climbed to its highest position of 17 on the Billboard “Hot 100” chart. She also became the first K-pop female solo artist to top the Billboard “Hot Dance/Electronic Songs” chart.

With “Dracula (JENNIE Remix),” Jennie also received a nomination for the “Song of the Summer” category at the “2026 American Music Awards,” one of America’s three major music awards.
